How does Yuno work? It's very simple.

Renting technology with Yuno is very simple. Simply select the product and term, have the product sent to you and return it at the end of the rental period. We explain all further details on this page.
Choose
  • Take a look at the Yuno website and choose the unit you would like to rent.
  • Choose how many months you want to rent your new device. You choose the minimum rental period, but you can decide to keep your device longer during the rental period.
  • Submit your order and create a Yuno account. We'll do a quick background check to make sure it's really you.
Use
  • When you place your order, you pay the first rental fee immediately. But don't worry, to keep the rental fair, you don't have to return your unit to us until the day of the month that it arrives.
  • If damage occurs to the unit, you are insured. We cover 90% of the repair costs during and after the rental period.
  • If you would like to change to a longer term during the rental period, please contact us. An extension is usually possible.
Return and pass on
  • When your rental period is over, there are two options. Simply continue to rent at the same monthly rate or return it to us for free.
  • We take care of repairs and cleaning. This is how we prepare the unit for the next rental.
  • The unit is as good as new again and ready for the next rental adventure.

FAQs

In what condition are the products?

At Yuno, we only rent new or like-new products that are carefully inspected and refurbished to look and function like new. We ensure that every device arrives in perfect condition and our customer service team is always there to help with any problems.

When does my rental period begin and end?

The first month's rent is debited directly when the order is placed. Monthly payments start the next month on the same day. To ensure fair use, you can return the product on the day you receive it, not the day you ordered it. This way you only pay for the time you actually use the product.

What happens if my product is damaged during my rental period?

Yuno Care covers 90% of the repair costs for damage (excluding theft/loss) and 100% for manufacturer-related faults. If a repair is not possible, we will cover 90% of the purchase price at the time of order. In the event of damage, contact us and we will support you with the next steps.

Do I need to be worried about signs of usage when I return my product?

No, you do not have to return the rental device in perfect condition. Normal signs of use will be repaired free of charge, while Yuno Care covers 90% of the repair costs for more severe wear and tear, especially on the display.

Can everyone rent with Yuno?

Any Swiss person or foreign person with a B or C residence permit of legal age can make a rental request. However, we carry out identity and credit checks on all our rental requests.

How does the payment work?

You can pay conveniently by credit or debit card via Stripe Payments. The monthly rental fees are automatically debited from your card on the day you place your order. You pay the first rental fee when you place your order.
