Renting technology with Yuno is very simple. Simply select the product and term, have the product sent to you and return it at the end of the rental period. We explain all further details on this page.
Choose
  • Take a look at the Yuno website and choose the unit you would like to rent.
  • Choose how many months you want to rent your new device. You choose the minimum rental period, but you can decide to keep your device longer during the rental period.
  • Submit your order and create a Yuno account. We'll do a quick background check to make sure it's really you.
Use
  • When you place your order, you pay the first rental fee immediately. But don't worry, to keep the rental fair, you don't have to return your unit to us until the day of the month that it arrives.
  • If damage occurs to the unit, you are insured. We cover 90% of the repair costs during and after the rental period.
  • If you would like to change to a longer term during the rental period, please contact us. An extension is usually possible.
Return and pass on
  • When your rental period is over, there are two options. Simply continue to rent at the same monthly rate or return it to us for free.
  • We take care of repairs and cleaning. This is how we prepare the unit for the next rental.
  • The unit is as good as new again and ready for the next rental adventure.

In what condition are the products?

Do I need to worry about wear and tear?

Enjoy complete freedom with our rental devices! Normal wear and tear? No problem, we take care of that – at no extra cost. Should there be more significant damage, especially on the display, our Yuno Care coverage takes care of 90% of the repair costs. This allows you to use our service without any worries.

What should I do if my device gets damaged during the rental period?

Our Yuno Care coverage protects you! In case of damage during the rental period, we cover 90% of the repair costs (except for theft and loss). If the device is irreparable, we also cover 90% of the product price at the time of your order. Naturally, device faults due to manufacturer's defects are fully covered. Just get in touch with us, and we'll take care of everything for you.

Can anyone rent with Yuno?

Yuno is available to anyone residing in Switzerland – whether with a Swiss passport or with a B or C residence permit. We ensure a safe process through identity and credit checks, so you can rent worry-free.

When does the rental start and end?

The first month's rent is charged to your payment method as soon as we confirm your rental request. The following payments are debited monthly on the same calendar day as your order. To ensure fair usage, you can return the product on the day you received it. This way, you only pay for the actual duration of use.

How does the payment work?

You can conveniently pay with a credit or debit card. The first rent is charged as soon as your order is accepted by us. The following monthly rents are automatically debited from your card on the calendar day of your order.
